807,949. Bakers' ovens. BAKOVENBOUW VORHEEN H. P. DEN BOER N.V. Aug. 15, 1957 [Sept. 7, 1956], No. 25821/57. Class 51 (2). A baker's oven, into and through which dough is carried by a conveyer 1 has a steam chamber 5 at the inlet end, and steam is supplied above the conveyer through conduits 7 and withdrawn below the conveyer by a suction line 11. The steam chamber 5 is within the insulating hood 4 of the oven, and has adjustable end doors 6. The steam outlets are formed in a depression 10 in the upper wall of a chamber 8 enclosing the burners 9.
