Abstract

805,340. Lamp-holders. CARR FASTENER CO. Ltd. July 13, 1956, No. 21786/56. Addition to 768,159. Class 38 (1). The outer ends of the tubular shanks 8 of the sheet metal spring plunger contacts 7 of a lamp-holder according to Claim 1 of the parent Specification are formed with plate-like portions 11 having a width greater than the shank and adapted to receive socket connectors. The inner ends of the shanks carry U-shaped contacts 9, one leg of each of which forms the contact proper and the other leg is anchored to the shank by out-turned lugs on the latter.
