In a computing device as described in the parent Specification a feedback circuit is added so as to cause the inductive potentiometer to present an infinite shunt impedance to the voltage storage devices. A winding wound on the potentiometer core is energized by a current representing the out-of-balance current in the main winding. Specification 804,906 also is referred to.
