Abstract

793,005. Containers: stoppers. ASAHI KASEI KOGYO KABUSHIKI KAISHA. Jan. 20, 1956, No. 2043/56. Classes 66 and 125(3). A container 1, Fig. 2, has an open bottom terminating in a flanged edge 3 which snaps into a corresponding shaped slot 4 in the upper surface of a flexible base 2, and a neck portion 5, Fig. 5, closed by a friction fit cap or stopper 7 having a depending projection 8 which enters and seals an outlet aperture in said neck. A sealing disc 10, Fig. 3, may be interpolated between the base member 2 and the flanged edge 3, or, alternatively, a sealing ring may be placed at the bottom of the recess 4 in the base 2.
