792,822. Lathe details. LARSON, R. E. Nov. 8, 1955 [Nov. 12, 1954], No. 31958/55. Class 83 (3). A tool-holder for automatic screw machines &c. comprises a body portion with a shank 7, Fig. 4, and a flange 8. The latter is screwed to receive a pair of clamping bolts 14 which clamp a pair of jaw members 11, 12, Fig. 3. Slots 11a, 12a are provided in the jaw members for the clamping bolts which are of smaller diameter than the slots to allow of limited transverse adjustment. The jaws are interconnected by screws 13a so that they may be tightened on the shank of a drill, tap holder or reamer.
