A dispenser for lubricants, which is adapted to be connected to an inlet conduit 2 arranged to be temporarily pressurized comprises a reservoir 5 for receiving the quantity of lubricant to be dispensed and is characterized. by a member 7 of resiliently deformable material, such as rubber or the like, which tightly encloses the mouth of the inlet conduit 4 and when deformed under the pressure in the conduit is applied against the inside wall of the reservoir to act as a piston. The piston is moved upwardly by the pressure against the action of return spring 10 and forces the lubricant through an outlet conduit 3<SP>11</SP> which is eventually closed by a metal part 8<SP>1</SP>. When the pressure drops in the conduit 2 the member 7 is returned to its position of rest by the spring 10 and simultaneously contracts. The conduit 4 may be longitudinally adjustable to enable the quantity of lubricant dispensed to be varied. Alternatively, an adjustable screw may be mounted within the conduit. The spring 10 may be mounted exteriorly of the member 7 which is then formed with a boss on its upper face to locate one end of the spring, the other end of the spring being located by a boss at the upper end of the casing 1 of the dispenser.
