Class 20(4) A non-metallic support block has a shallow V-formed groove 3 in its upper face to receive a reinforcing rod 7. The block, which may be of plastic material, is of H-section, the two sides 1 having recesses 5 in their lower parts and the web 2 having a larger recess 6 in its lower edge. A wire 4 is embedded in the web 2 for securing the rod 7.
