770,024. Draught excluders. BRIGHT, T. J. R. May 5; 1954 [May 19, 1953], No. 5875/56. Divided out of 770,023. Class 20(3) A draught excluding arrangement for the meeting edges of sliding doors or a sliding door 1 and an adjacent pillar 2, comprises two co-operating rubber or like strips 3, 4, carried by the meeting edges, one strip 3 having a projection' which engages a correspondingly shaped recess in the other strip 4. As shown the door 1 is thicker than the pillar 2 and each strip has an integral attachment portion 5, 6 of dovetail cross-section to engage a correspondingly shaped groove in the edge of the door 1 and pillar 2. In a modification in which the strips are applied to the meeting edges of two sliding doors, the strips are of less thickness than the doors.
