Classes 20(4) and 87(1) Building units 6, 7 of a slightly flexible sheet material such as fibre board or heavy cardboard are formed with pairs of opposed slots 8 having a total length greater than the distance between their inner ends, so that when a number of units arranged in perpendicular planes are interengaged, the edges of adjacent units are slightly deformed so as to overlap one another. A single wall or roof is formed by units 6, 7 as shown, while two perpendicular walls or a wall and a roof are formed by units 7 only.
