A sound attenuating panel of elastomeric material comprises a base and projecting perpendicularly from the base, three sets of parallel fins, two of the sets, viz 2a, 2b, being at rightangles to each other so as to define a number of cells and the third set 2c being disposed along the diagonals of the cells so formed.
