Abstract

901,894. Suspended ceilings. SFIM. (GREAT BRITAIN) Ltd. Jan. 20, 1960 [Jan. 20, 1959], No. 2126/59. Class 20 (4). Ceiling panels are supported on a framework of interconnected metal members 12, 14 which are joined to each other by cover-plates 10 having portions 16 which are bent over to grip the metal members. Adjacent the walls of the building, the cover-plates are approximately T-shaped in plan view, Fig. 2 (not shown). The panels may be formed by a sheet of translucent synthetic plastic stretched over a frame.
