Abstract

763,490. Pin boards for yam packages &c. BRITISH CELANESE, Ltd. March 23, 1955 [March 25, 1954], No. 8746/54. Class 120 (3). [Also in Group XXXII] A pin board carrier for yarn packages, cops &c. comprises a metal cabinet which may be rotatably mounted on a wheel base 2, (see Group XXXII) and shelves 6 hinged at 8, which shelves may be held in the raised position by ball catches 10. The packages are held in stored position between pegs 11 on the upper surface of one shelf and studs 12 on the lower surface of the shelf next above. The top shelf is provided at each corner with a low metal wall 14 which locates the wheels of an upper carrier when carriers are stacked, and handles 18 are mounted on cut off corners of the cabinet.
