[Also in Group IX] A wheeled carrier for yarn packages comprises a base 1 having castor wheels 5 and fixed wheels 6, and a frame 3 rotatably mounted thereon and supporting pegs 4 for holding bobbins &c. (see Group IX). The frame 3 is preferably mounted in bearings 11, 12, contained in a fixed frame 7 and may be locked in any of four rotated positions by means of a spring-loaded catch operated by a pedal 14.
