760,074. Grinding-mills. UNIPULVER, Ltd., and CLARK, G. June 27. 1955 [July 2, 1954]. No. 19416/54. Class 59 In a grinding mill in which a rotor carrying a series of blades is disposed within a stator having a series of complementary blades, the rotor comprises a rim 3 having a series of slots 3a cut therein parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor and having flats 3b between the slots, blades 6 disposed on the flats being retained in position by means of bars 4 the lower portions of which are disposed in the slots so as to provide spaces 5, the bars 4 being secured to the rotor rim by means of screws 7. In a modification, Fig. 2 (not shown), the slots are undercut.
