[Also in Group XVIII] The opening in the front wall 3 of an oil dispensing cabinet (see Group XVIII) is closed by a plate 4 slightly deeper than the opening and carried by side plates 5 pivoted to the sides of the cabinet at 6, whereby when closed the outwardly cranked bottom edge of the plate rests against the outside of wall 3 and the inwardly cranked top edge rests against the inside of wall 3. Co-operating lugs 9, 10 are provided on the plate and wall 3 for a padlock.
