[Also in Group VII] A button, badge or guarantee seal for attachment to an article by prongs passed through material and clenched comprises a body 1 having a nipple 2, shoulders 3 and prongs 4 depending from the shoulders and an annulus, e.g. in the form of a cup 5 with inwardly inclined walls 6 secured to the body by deforming the nipple 2 after passing it through the aperture in the annulus so as to engage the shoulders. A plastic head may be moulded into and around the cup 5.
