Abstract

737,054. Drying-appliances. CRYPTO, Ltd., and WILSON, E. P. July 2, 1954 [Aug. 21, 1953], No. 23119/53. Class 81 (2). In an electric drying-appliance having a pedal-controlled electric motor and a blower mounted in a pedestal which is provided with a tubular passage containing a heating element, the passage above the heating element is divided into two diverging passages 5a, 5b which both extend upwards and forwards at the same angle of inclination to the body of the pedestal and terminate in nozzles 8 arranged to direct hot air towards an area of convergence slightly in front of the nozzles 8.
