719,569. Tape dispensers. DERBY SEALERS, Inc. Feb. 25, 1952, [March 7, 1951.] No. 4872/52, Class 18. The cover 38 of a tape dispenser has a severing blade 45 attached to its forward downturned end 39 so that the blade is in close proximity to the feed roller 18. The feed roller is associated with a stripping roller 20 and each comprises a series of discs, the discs being interspaced so as to extend between one another. The rollers are driven by a hand lever through a one-way drive and gearing.
