Class 52(5) [Also in Groups XXV and XXXVI] A fastener for holding cables, tools &c. to an apertured support 23, Fig. 7, comprises a spring metal strip bent so that its central part forms a U-shaped stud 11, 12, 13, notches 18, 20 being made in the strip at the base of the limbs 12, 13 to engage the aperture in the panel. One end of the strip is bowed inwardly to form a resilient loop 15 for the cable &c. the ends 14, 16 of the strip being bent to form a flared entry. Modified forms supported in the same way by an apertured panel have the configuration shown in Figs. 8 and 10.
