Class 86 A mixing and kneading machine, more particularly for food products, comprises a jacketed container 1, a stirring member 9 secured to a ring 4 which rotates concentrically above the container, a bottom stripper 18 rotatably supported at 19 and a wall stripper 17, the strippers 17 and 18 being attached to the stirring member 9, and stirrers 10 and 11 rotatably driven by a shaft 12 passing eccentrically through the ring.
