694,333. Razor-blade magazines. GILLETTE SAFETY RAZOR CO. Dec. 8, 1950 [Dec. 15, 1949], No. 30138/50. Class 18 A razor-blade magazine comprises a body 10 moulded to provide chambers on opposite sides for new and used blades, and sheet metal covers 23, 25 covering the chambers and interlocking in grooves 13 in the body. The new blades 30 may be arranged in staggered relation on projections 15, 16 for discharge from opposite ends of the magazine, and be resiliently held against the body by springs 29 formed integral with the cover 25. The blades are discharged by finger operating through an opening 26. The cover 23 for the used blade chamber has a flange 24 engaged by a turned edge 28 of the cover 25 to maintain the magazine assembled. Specifications 687,134, 687,139, and 694,093 are referred to.
