Abstract

687,139. Razor-blade magazines. GILLETTE SAFETY RAZOR CO. July 21, 1949 [July 23, 1948], No. 19272/49. Class 18 A magazine of the type wherein blades are removed from the stack at alternate ends, the blades being alternately disposed on locating members 14, 15, has a metal cover, the ends 19 of which are folded inwardly to press the stack resiliently onto the magazine base. The cover has flanges 17 which are snapped over walls 11 of the base after the blades have been assembled thereon. An opening 22 in the cover per- mits the blades to be partially ejected by a finger operating therethrough. Specifications 687,133 and 687,134 are referred to.
