Abstract

675,805. Razor-blade magazines. GILLETTE SAFETY RAZOR CO. March 24, 1950 [April 2, 1949], No. 7496/50. Class 18 A blade magazine comprises a moulded body having grooves to slidably receive a cover 24 carrying a feed slide 30, 31, the cover being secured in position by the engagement of a side portion 27 in a recess 20 in the body and the deformation of lugs 26 into recesses 23. The cover includes a portion 29 for engaging a razor. A spring 18 is inserted beneath a stack of blades 33, through a slot 16 in the body. A sight-hole 34 may be provided in a side of the magazine. Specification 563,247 is referred to.
