Abstract

694,307. Cooling milk bottles &c. WEXLER, A. Oct. 4, 1950 [July 4, 1949], No. 17618/49. Class 29 [Also in Group XVII] A carton for cooling bottles of milk &c. by water evaporation is open at one end and made up from a blank of wet strong absorbent paper or like material. The blank may be scored to fold into a carton having four or more sides C 1, C 2, C 3, C 4.., an endclosure G helping to keep the carton rigid, and a flap F with tongues E which fit into slits S. The carton may have an interior heat-insulating layer of metal foil, e.g. aluminium foil having a reflecting surface. The Provisional Specification describes also a hollow cylindrical carton.
