Abstract

685,170. Dustbins. TAMINI, M. Oct. 31, 1950 [Oct. 31, 1949]. No. 26524/50. Class 26. [Also in Group XVII]. A dustbin lid of rubber or similar resilient material comprises a ring B of substantially U-shape in cross-section having a groove G which engages the entire free edge of the bin, and a closure C, a portion of the periphery of which is rigidly connected to the ring and the remainder being capable of upward movement, the free portion (in the closed position) resting on the ring. The free portion is preferably the major part of the periphery.
