672,631. Windings for dynamo-electric machines. ALLMANNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA AKTIEBOLAGET. Dec. 20, 1950 [Dec. 27, 1949], No. 30994/50. Class 35. In a commutated winding having split throw coils, as shown in Fig. 1, where one coil-side is split into parts 2, 3 in different slots, the equalizing connections 5 are connected at the commutator end of the winding. As shown in Fig. 2, the equalizing connections 15, which lie underneath the main split throw windings 12, are soldered into the bottoms of slots in the commutator risers 14 and are separated from the commutator pressure ring 17 by insulation 16.
