A device for facilitating the transport of spillable media comprises a rigid frame 3 having means for carrying a container 13 for spillable media and also having a handle 2, hook, loop, or the like universally pivotally connected thereto at a point 36 above the centre of gravity thereof and enabling the device to be carried in the hand or suspended from a hook, projection or the like on a wall or on the structure of a vehicle, tray, trolley, or the like. Two concentric rings carry the container 13, the inner ring 38 of the pair being journalled to the outer ring 42 at 39 at diametrically opposed locations, the outer ring being journalled to the structure 3 at 44 at diametrically opposed locations in a, vertical plane perpendicular to the vertical plane containing the journals 39 of the inner ring, hence the container 13 is floatingly supported on the ring 38 and remains so when the device is stood upon its feet 35. A locking means may be provided for holding the container carrier in its operative position or securing it in a retracted position where it is substantially parallel with the structure.
