660,055. Agricultural implements. BALLU, L. H. D. M. Feb. 15, 1949, No. 4091/49. Class 6(i). [Also in Groups XXXI and XXXII] In an agricultural tractor (see Group XXXI) the front portion of the frame extends over the front wheel or wheels and has a clear upper surface for the support of implements. As shown, a ridging machine comprising shares 16 mounted on a pair of frame members 14 hinged at 15 is mounted on such support by pairs of parallel links 20. The parallel links are pivoted to the frame 14 and are connected at their upper ends to a pair of shafts 21 mounted in bearings, the bearings being retained in position on the supporting surface of the chassis frame by pivoted clips 31 and safety catches 32. The rearmost shaft 21 has a vertical arm 24 which is engaged by the hooked lever 27 connected to the hand lever 28 which by means of the latch and quadrant 29 can be locked in various positions to adjust the height of the implement.
