[A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, May 20, 1947.] [Class 132 (iii)] [Also in Group X] In a modification of the invention claimed in the parent Specification, the tongue on the upper face of the apertured blocks is formed with a groove between ribs 14 whereby the block may be used in horizontal or vertical position. The aperture 22 is tapered vertically. In a modification, Fig. 5, the aperture is arranged horizontally. Wall corner and junction blocks are provided with a pair of vertical ribs 18 on one face and gaps 19 in the ribs 1411. A beam, Fig. 21, may be formed by combining the blocks of the present invention with the plates 5 of the parent Specification and filling with concrete. Specification 507,929, [Group X], is referred to.
