644,969. Folding hoods. CARBODIES. Ltd. Sept. 16, 1948, No. 24330. [Class 108(i)] A drop-head of the type including a forward roof portion 12 of flexible fabric with side valances 14 associated with cant rails 17, 18 is provided with a thin walled tube 27 of rubber &c clamped by a plate 20 to the cant rails 17, 18 so as to form a weather seal. A bead 21 may also be secured to the cant rails 17, 18 for forming a weather seal with the upper edge of the window 24.
