[Class 44] A door catch of the type yielding to an opening pull comprises a pair of shaped blade springs A mounted on a stiffening plate C secured to the door jamb, and a bolt B projecting from the door adapted to pass between the springs and be retained in the position shown. The bolt is locked in position by the insertion of a pin through holes D in the leaf springs.
