637,687. Whisks. AKTIEBOLAGET ELEKTROLUX. Nov. 26, 1947, No. 31289. Convention date, Dec. 12, 1946. [Class 86] A mixing machine provided with a container rotatable about a vertical axis is provided with a small whisk extern ally of the rotatable container for whisking eggs, &c., ir cups. The whisk 24 is mounted on e spindle 20 having at the upper end a rub ber roller 22 fixed thereto, which engages the rim of the rotatable container 10 to form a friction drive for the whisk. The spindle 20 is rotatably mounted in a holder 14 which is adjustable vertically by means of a screw 30 along a U-shaped rod 18, one limb 17 of which is fixed in the standard 13 of the mixer. A spring co-acting between the limb 17 and standard 13 may be used to hold the roller 22 in engagement with the container 10. The whisk may be replaced by a brush or other cleaning article.
