Abstract

291,760. Inventia Patent-Verwertungs-Ges. June 8, 1927, [Convention date]. Vacuum cleaning-apparatus.-A brush nozzle for cleaning books, bookcases, &c. is of flat tubular form, and has a suction opening on its flat side surrounded by a brush 7; a wall 10 projecting into the opening prevents the bristles from being drawn in; the brush frame 8 is sunk into the nozzle and secured by screws 11; a rubber packing and buffer 12 is provided. The tubular handle 6 is secured to the nozzle, by friction; its end is inclined to the axis and chamfered.
