634,423. Signalling over power circuits. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES, Ltd. Dec. 22, 1947, No. 33797. Convention date, Aug. 12, 1943. [Class 40 (iv)] In a filter circuit, for coupling high-frequency equipment to a high voltage power line W, having a series arm comprising an inductance L1 and a high voltage condenser C1, the latter has one terminal directly connected to the shunt arm L2, C3 so that its leakage capacity C2 is in parallel with the shunt arm. By this means correction for the leakage capacity may be made by a simple adjustment of condenser C3.
