A soldering alloy, particularly adapted for use in soldering aluminium and aluminium base alloys, has the following composition: Zn 65.0-92.0 per cent, Sn 2.0-25.0 per cent, Pb 1.0-3.0 per cent, Cu 2.5-4.5 per cent, Al 2.0-8-0 per cent.
