[Class 38 (i)] A battery terminal clamp comprises a rectangular frame 1 in which are mounted lead or lead alloy contact members 3, 5, 7, the members 5, 7 being movable in slots by a screw 9 to embrace the battery terminal 17 between the recesses 2, 19 in the members 3, 5 and the cable end 25 between the recesses 21, 29 in the members 5, 7, respectively. The members 5, 7 may be provided with recesses 23, 31 at right-angles to recesses 21, 29. The screw 9 may be inserted in the frame at the member 3.
