Abstract
627,276. Envelopes. EVER SHED, R. A., and EVERSHED & CO. (BOW), Ltd., J. Feb. 13, 1947, No. 4210. (Class 146 (ii)] A postal form has a space 18 for the sender's address or printed heading, a space below for the particulars of the addressee, a space for the matter to be communicated and a flap 20 below the latter which has a window 21 adapted to overlie the address when the form is folded for transit. In order that the form may be used as a reply form, the sender's address may also be printed on the rear of the form so as to register with the window 21. To secure the flap 20 in the folded condition for transmission through the post a tab 19 is provided which is secured in a slit 23. The flap 20 may be attached to the remainder of the form by a perforated line 22 so that, after use the flap may be readily detached.
