625,799. Stoppers; powder distributers. HOLMQUIST, A. July 12, 1947, No. 18580. Convention date, Jan. 11. [Classes 18 and 125(iii)] A container 1 for liquids or pulverulent or like solids comprises a rubber closure cap 4, secured in a groove 2 in the container by a shoulder 3, an outlet orifice 5 in the cap being normally closed by a conical tip 6 of a rod 7 carried by or integral with a removably-seated perforated disc 8. Elongation of the cap 4 by application of lateral pressure forms a gap between the outlet 5 and the conical tip 6 through which the container contents may flow, the rate of flow being controlled by varying the pressure.
