Abstract
624,427. Walls; slabs. STROMBERG, J. M. March 11, 1946, No. 7574. Convention date, Dec. 19, 1945. [Classes 20(iv) and 87 (i)] I A wall slab 1 is provided in its upper edge with a groove 40 to receive reinforced concrete 41, one side 1A of the groove projecting above the other. The reinforcement 42 may be integral with the slab or separate, in which case the beam 41 may be preformed. Flooring 43 is supported on the beam which may extend between vertical concrete columns cast between slabs.
