Abstract
624,373. Picking motions for looms. HRDINA, R. Sept. 18, 1946, No. 28043. Convention date, April 29. [Class 142 (iii)] The picking shaft 21 of an underpick motion passes through the axis of oscillation of the slay 4 and operates the picking stick 7 by a cam 15 having a pivoted nose 17 ; at the moment of picking the nose is supported by a roller 20 on an eccentric pin 19 which can be turned to adjust the impulse. The picking stick is attached to a slotted link 10 pivoted to a link 6 and sliding along a pin 12.
