Abstract

<PICT:0613998/IV (c)/1> A reel-operated dyeing vat 1 has its rear wall 2 inclined at a small angle to the horizontal and is provided with a tapered dye mixing compartment in the bottom portion below the delivery side of the goods. A partly perforated partition 4 divides the vat from the mixing compartment. Dye is supplied through the pipe 9 and steam through pipe 8. Specification 613,999 is referred to.
