[Class 69 (ii)] [Also in Groups V and XXII] Consists in improvements in the moulding- machine of the parent Specification, more particularly in the air-operable and hydraulically controllable means for advancing the dieholder b. The holder b is advanced by means of compressed air acting upon pistons r, s within cylinders t, u. A valve-controlled closed reservoir 140 containing air under pressure is connected to the cylinders t, u so that oil passing from one cylinder to the other during movement of the pistons r, a flows through the reservoir by way of the valves x, y, thus controlling this movement. Air at the same pressure as that used in the cylinders t, u is supplied to the reservoir via a passage 141.
