610,347. Two -part couplings. DUKE, G. E., and NICHOLSON, C. H. March 16, 1946, Nos. 8212 and 27964. [Class 38 (i)] A plug pin 10 comprises a hollow split-shank 15, with an enlarged head 11, an intermediate solid portion 14 and a screwed stem 16. The head 11, of which the maximum diameter is slightly greater than the internal diameter of the cooperating socket 12, may be integral with the shank or secured to it after its formation. The shank may be drilled for the whole or a part of its length.
