604,871. Manure and like distributers. WATT, I. A. VAN DER. Dec. 7, 1945. No. 33128. [Class 6(i)] Oppositely - inclined, diametrically - opposed, segmental plates 7a, 7b are rigidly mounted on the live axle 6 of the land wheels above the slotted base 8 of the container 4. The two sets of plates form parts of right and left handed screwthreads. The opening in the container is adjusted by a pivoted flap 9 linked to a screw-and-nut 16, 17 operated from a handle 18, or, remotely, by the driver of the towing vehicle.
