[Class 87 (i)] An apertured burnt clay block 10 is provided with cement facings 18 which terminate short of the ends of the block to leave recesses 19 and are keyed thereto by undercut grooves 17 in the block. Undercut grooves 17 are also provided in the top and bottom faces of the block.
