Abstract
588,601. Gas turbines. MASCHINENFABRIK OERLIKON. Dec. 6, 1945, No. 33069. Convention date, Oct. 31. [Class 110 (iii)] Turbines 3, 4 are driven by air provided by a compressor 1 and heated in an exchanger 2 which is heated by a furnace 5. The air exhausted from the turbines is divided, part going as combustion air to the furnace 5 by pipe 7, part going by pipe 81 to mix with the products of combustion in the combustion chamber and part going by pipe 82 to mix with the products of combustion in the heatexchanger.
