585,113. Baby-carrying devices. MOORES, A. C., and MOORES, I. V. Jan. 25, 1945, No. 2024. [Class 108 (i)] A baby-carrying device comprises a cradle of textile material secured to a rigid frame 2. One end of each strap 3, 4 is secured to the same side of the cradle and the straps pass under the cradle and are secured to the opposite side, extending thence across the top of the cradle to the other side to which they are secured by snap hooks 5, 6. The straps are connected by a grip handle 9. A long strap 10 may pass diagonally across the cradle to enable it to be carried from the shoulder. A foldable hood 13 is provided at one end, and a shield 17 at the opposite end. The frame is so curved that the device is supported at its ends when resting upon the floor. To facilitate transport, the frame may be in two parts secured by ferrules 18.
