555,628. Tea &c. infusing apparatus. HODGKISON, F. H. June 8, 1942, No. 7771. [Class 129] Apparatus for infusing tea &c. comprises a boiler 1 from which water rise by a pipe 5 to a chamber 4 provided with one or more external valvar pipes 31 fo: supplying water to one or more infusing vessels arranged round the flue and provided with per forated removable con tainers 16 for the tea. Th( chamber 4 has a draw-off cock 35 for external pur poses, and the chambers 7 have draw-off cocks for the infusion. The apparatu; is enclosed in a water jacket on which may be mounted open-ended gauges to show the liquid level, 6, 9, with which communicates an overflow pipe 37 from the chamber 4. Pivoted lids 24 are arranged on top of the chambers 7 to enable the infusion to be seen. Speci fication 298,414, [Class 64 (i), is referred to.
