[Class 60] A lap for polishing diamonds comprises a cast iron annulus A carried by a flanged steel disc C having a hub E by which it is mounted on a spindle F the ends H of which are conical and form a driving fit in rotating bearing members. A balance weight is movable round a flange J on the disc C. Specification 553,720 is referred to.
