Balancing rotating tools.-A grinding - wheel 13 is mounted on a centre 15, on each side of which are disposed balanceblocks 18, 21 secured in pairs by means passing through the ring. The blocks may be of lead, and each pair may be secured together and to the ring by a wood-screw arranged to cut its own thread in one of the blocks.
